Terms of Service

These terms cover the Wolf Street Academy website, the Market Radar app at app.wolfstreetacademy.io, The KillZone Protocol indicator, our Telegram channels and any paid plan. By creating an account or paying for a plan, you agree to them.

The short version. We provide trading education and market analysis tools. Nothing we publish is personal investment advice or a promise of profit. Trading leveraged products such as forex, gold and crypto can lose you more than you deposit. Plans renew monthly until you cancel, and payments are not refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy.

1. Who we are

Wolf Street Academy is operated by Resilient Elementrix Resources (SSM 003226583M), A-5-03, Street Mall, One South, Jalan OS, Taman Serdang Perdana 6, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor, Malaysia ("we", "us"). In these terms "you" means the person using the service.

2. What we provide

Market Radar: news cards that summarise high-impact economic releases and market news, pre-release heads-ups including an experimental "Early Read", flow alerts, a dashboard and a graded record. Content is produced by automated systems, including AI models, and may contain errors or arrive late.
The KillZone Protocol: a TradingView indicator. Access is granted to the TradingView username you give us and is personal to you.
Telegram channels: a free public channel and private channels for paying members.
Education: seminars, coaching and community content offered from time to time.

3. Not investment advice

Everything we publish, including bias cards, conviction levels, the Early Read, grades, win rates and any example trade, is general information and education. It does not take into account your objectives, finances or needs, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Past results, including our graded record, do not guarantee future results. You alone decide whether to trade and you are responsible for your own decisions and losses. Consider getting advice from a licensed adviser before trading.

4. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
One account is for one person. Accounts, logins, Telegram access and indicator access must not be shared, resold or transferred.

5. Plans, billing and renewal

Plans are billed monthly in advance at the price shown when you subscribe. Prices may be shown in US dollars and charged in Malaysian ringgit at the amount shown at checkout.
Card payments renew automatically each month on the same date until you cancel. Payments made by FPX, e-wallet or stablecoin cover one month and must be renewed manually; access ends if a renewal is not paid.
If a renewal fails, we may retry the charge over the following days. Access may be paused until payment succeeds.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. A new price applies from your next renewal after the notice period; you can cancel before then.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number.
Promo codes are limited to one per person and cannot be combined. Event promo codes are for new members only, apply to the first month of the plans stated, and expire on the date given; later months are charged at the full price. IB partner codes give the stated discount on the plans stated for as long as the subscription stays active; the discount ends permanently if you cancel, if a renewal is not paid and access is paused, or if you switch to a plan the code does not cover.
Promotions, free trials and beta access are at our discretion and may end at any time.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel any time from your Account page. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, then access to the dashboard, private Telegram channel and indicator ends automatically. See our Refund Policy.

7. Fair use

You must not:

copy, forward, screenshot for redistribution, resell or republish paid content, including posting it in other groups or channels;
share your login, invite link, Telegram access or TradingView access with anyone else;
scrape, reverse engineer, overload or interfere with the app, bots or indicator;
use the service for anything unlawful, or harass other members.

We may remove access without refund if you break these rules.

8. Our content

The website, app, cards, indicator code, logos and course material belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own trading education while your plan is active.

9. Affiliates

If you join our affiliate programme, you earn commission on payments made by members who sign up through your link, at the rate shown in your dashboard for your current number of active paying referrals. Commission is not earned on free or granted access, refunded or reversed payments, or your own account. Self-referrals, spam, misleading claims (including promising profits) and paid ads on our brand name are not allowed and void commission. Payouts are made once a month when you are owed at least US$25 (or its ringgit equivalent at our plan prices); smaller balances roll over to the next month. We may change or end the programme with 30 days' notice; commission already earned is still paid.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to run the service around the clock but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, on time or error free. Data sources, Telegram, TradingView and other third parties can fail outside our control. We may improve, change or remove features; if a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell you and you may cancel.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used fraudulently, or where a payment is charged back without good reason. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any trading loss, lost profit or indirect loss arising from use of the service, including delays, errors or missed alerts. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other law that cannot be excluded.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction. We may update these terms; we will post the new version here and, for material changes, email paying members at least 14 days before they apply.
